Corporate Organization specialist SBU CE CIS (reports to the Head of Corporate Organization SBU CE CIS)


Responsibility


The Corporate Organization function acts as a consultant and specialist in respect of corporate organization projects within the Strategic Business Unit Construction Equipment CIS (the „SBU“) of the Germany headquartered Zeppelin Group .


As a Corporate Organization specialist you will, in co-operation with your team head and fellow corporate organization managers, be responsible for the design and management of coporate organisation projects aimed at improving the efficiency, quality and transparency of SBU corporate functions. Your responsiblity includes the analysis of current organizational structures and processes, the development of to-be concepts and solutions, the submission of change proposals to the respective decision takers and the implementation and monitoring of SBU change projects . Corporate Organization managers work closely with managers and colleagues from across the SBU. In your role you also cover our subsidiaries in CIS countries and transnational projects (in addition to Russian business cases).


Requirements


•Corporate organization professional with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience Structured decision taking ability
•Analytical and inquisitive mindset
•Project management experience
•Highly reliable and credible personality
•Cross-cultural communication skills
•Responsible, flexible, accurate, stress resistant
•Computer literacy (MS Office);
•ERP system user knowledge
•Team player
•University degree (management, business administration)
•Profiency in Russian / Spoken and written business English – upper intermediate level (lead meetings and negotiations in functional area, prepare and work with market and financial data)
•Knowledge of state-of-the-art project management methodologies (Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt) is an asset
